Problem statement:

The Insurance major has partnered with an Indian Multinational that provides infrastructure technology and applications outsourcing services to support the policyholders . When the pandemic hit support staff servicing the policy holders had to start working remotely. This meant there was a large risk to the PII data of all the policyholders since there was no control over the environment in the remote environment wherever the staff worked.
